BOB 2016 Revolution Flex Stroller is an upgraded version of BOB Revolution SE stroller. It is amazingly versatile and ideal for jogging or nice long walk. The stroller weights 28.5 pounds (12.9 kg) and can handle weight up to 75 pounds (34 kg). With this weight limit, it will last you for a very long time. This stroller dimensions are 44″ x 25.4″ x 43″ when unfolded and 39″ x 25.4″ x 16″ when folded. The regular price for this stroller is 499.99$ but you can get it for 399.99$ on Amazon and for the same price (399.99$) on Ebay which is a top price for such a quality stroller. Beside its quality, I really like a lot of storage this stroller has and the warranty you get with this stroller. Let’s dive into what the key features are.
1. Huge Canopy
The stroller comes with huge canopy which perfectly prevents your kid from sun and rain. The canopy has 2 panels and it can be adjusted to 5 different positions. It is made of water resistant material and it has reflective materials on the corners to increase visibility when walking at night.
2. Large Peek-a-boo Window
There is a large peek-a-boo window with velcro closure which is located in the back and at the top of the canopy.
3. Adjustable Handle Bar
The stroller has adjustable handle bar that offers 9 positions to create the perfect fit for parents of all heights. It goes from 34″ up to 45″ from the ground and it is covered with heat resistant foam.
4. Wrist Strap
There is a wrist strap on the handle bar which provides extra security while you are walking or jogging. It is located near the middle of the handle bar so it works well with both hands.
5. Padded Adjustable Seat
The stroller comes with 14,7″ wide ultra-padded seat that will provide your child with maximum comfort. The material of the seat is very durable and easy to clean. Also, it has a deep recline that goes to almost flat position. Once the seat is reclined, a ventilation gap opens at the top for increased airflow. As I mentioned in introduction, the seat can handle a maximum weight of 75 pounds (34 kg).
6. Seat Storage Pockets
There are two mesh pockets inside of the seat which can be used for storing things your baby love like his/her favorite toy, snack or a drink.
7. Padded 5-point Harness
There is a padded 5-point harness with very easy to use center release buckle. It offers shoulder height adjustment, an adjustable crotch strap, and waist straps with red pull rings that make them easy to tighten. It will keep your child secure during the walk.
8. More Storage
There is a big mesh storage pocket in the back of the seat where you can put stuff you carry in the walk like your keys, phone, drink or food. I like it very much because more storage is always a big plus.
9. Large Storage Basket
The stroller comes with large storage basket where you can store your essentials. Comparing to BOB Revolution SE (which also has large storage basket), BOB 2016 Revolution Flex has even bigger basket so there is a plenty room for some big items you carry in the walk like diapers or blankets. Also, the basket is very easy to access from all the sides of the stroller.
BOB Revolution Flex rolls on three pneumatic rubber tires with 12″ front wheel and 16″ wheels in the back. It is an all-terrain stroller which goes perfectly on flat surfaces, but it also handles rougher terrain very well.
11. Lockable Front Wheel
The front wheel can be locked straight for rougher terrain. Moving on rougher terrain is just as easy as flat, with a relatively smooth transition from one surface to another.
12. Adjustable Suspension
The suspension system on this stroller is magnificent. It is very easy to adjust and it keeps the ride smooth and nice all the time.
13. Parking Brake
There is a foot brake between rear wheels (gray lever), you need to step on it and both wheels will be locked.
14. Travel System Ready
BOB Revolution Flex is compatible with several different infant car seats, just use the BOB Infant Car Seat adapter which is being sold separately.
BOB has a 5 year limited warranty on the frame and 1 year on small parts and fabric.
16. Easy Fold
The stroller has easy fold that requires two hands. You need to squeeze the levers on both sides of the frame (above left) to initiate and pulling the handle under the seat to fold (above right). Once folded, the stroller does not self-stand and it does not auto-lock so you need to use a strap with a clip to lock it in place.
1. No automatic lock
As I mentioned above, after folding, you need to use a clip to lock the stroller in place.

What other parents say about this stroller:
“Can’t say enough good things about this stroller! You won’t regret this purchase. Easy to put together and even easier to maneuver. Wish the car seat adapter was rear-facing and that the basket had more room, but certainly happy with our decision.”
“Amazing stroller! Wish I would have spent the money when my kids were younger. The single is still large but it fits through a normal doorway. It also has a small “seat” in the front that you can have a second child sit in. All in all a great stroller and perfect for any kind of terrain.”
“Fantastic. The easiest stroller we’ve had (and we’ve had the UppaBaby Vista, the Baby Jogger Summit X3 and the BJ City Select. This is easy to setup, easy to use, easy to get the kid in and out, easy to adjust the straps, and easy to fold. I bought the BOB handlebar console which comes with a pump and that’s great too. The stroller rides great and is a pleasure to use. The enhancements they made to the 2016 version are welcome and well thought out. The adjustable handlebar is great, the flat sun shade is smart, and the brake is super easy. As with most joggers, the downside is the inflatable tires (but this is also a plus because it’s a smoother ride), the smaller storage basket underneath, and it can be a little more cumbersome to throw in the trunk because of the bigger tires. Our oldest doesn’t like to ride in strollers much anymore, but if he needs a break, he can actually sit in the front of this in the foot well and ride along with his sister behind him in the seat (this stroller is not meant for this, but it’s a nice “hack”).”
